About

On a recent trip to Napa Valley, I was deep into my fourth winery when an east coaster felt compelled to disrupt the incredible day to ask where I was from. Hesitantly, I said, “Milwaukee,” as I anticipated where the conversation was heading. Sure enough, his response was, “I’m sorry,” as he went on bragging about how paramount New York is.  He should serisouly consider reading the NY Times.

All too often I find myself saying “Milwaukee is not that bad.” And this is my pilgrimage to all of the people I’ve met along my travels, who just need to be more educated.

Great Idea.

As a southern boy who moved to Milwaukee after college all I expected was (1) snow (2) run down factories (3) cheese (4) Packer fans.

Milwaukee is extremely underrated and a very “livable” city for young professionals. Spread the word.
